1. Arrangement Description. In the box below indicate the arrangement style you would like to order [i.e., French Country (vase or basket), Tropical, General Basket, Roses, or other special requests. If you prefer, we welcome you to send photos of your ideas--simply email or fax them to us via the "How to Contact Us" page. Send us a snapshot of your dreams, and we'll make it a reality!].

2. "Fill to" $ Amount and Any Special Instructions. In the box below please enter the approximate dollar amount you would like the arrangement "filled to" because we will fill your order based on the accessories of the arrangement and up to the dollar amount you specify. Also, please enter any special instructions for your arrangement (i.e., favorite colors; a dozen white, yellow, or red roses; for a funeral, etc.).

3. Enclosure Card and Recipient's Address. In the first box below, please type the message you would like to appear on the enclosure card of your arrangement. Then, fill in the name and address information for the person(s) to whom you are sending the arrangement(s).
